On Aug 28, in The St. Regis Bangkok Hotel, we celebrated the grand launch of the partnership between Boat Lagoon Yachting and Burgess in Thailand. The collaboration between Asia’s largest luxury yachting brand and world’s No. 1 superyacht broker aims to provide the world-class superyacht services to customers in Thailand and the rest of Asia.
At an exclusive press conference led by Mr. Vrit Yongsakul, Managing Director of Boat Lagoon Yachting and Mr. Jean-Marc Poullet, Chairman, Asia for Burgess, they shared about the plans on developing the superyacht and mega yacht market in this region.
Celebrating this momentous occasion, an intimate evening party was held at The Bar, St. Regis Bangkok Hotel. The event was attended by around 100 prestigious guests, amongst them were yacht owners and boat enthusiasts. The Vice-minister for Tourism and Sport of Thailand, Napintorn Srisunpang also graced the event. In his speech, he mentioned that the partnership between Boat Lagoon Yachting and Burgess will help Thailand develop the emerging market of superyacht which will in-turn boost luxury tourism for the country.
It was a night filled with entertainment, starting with a stellar piano performance followed by a 4-piece jazz band. Guest were treated to luxury single malt scotch tasting and were spoiled for food choices specially prepared by Award-winning chef, Christopher Miller.
